Fineblanked parts - focus large dimensionsThe fineblanking process produces high-precision parts with smooth, tear and crack free cut surfaces in combination with further cold forming processes. Hydraulic three or more action presses with total forces of up to 1’000 tons allow the production of large sized components.The limits are – depending on the shape of the part – 450 mm with regard to width and approx. 20 mm with regard to thickness. |
